Comment policy

Comments are approved before appearing

All comments are queued for approval. Editors approve within 24 business hours. Comments not appearing immediately do not mean they have been rejected.

What gets rejected

• Advertising, link spamming, content unrelated to the article

• Personal attacks

• Content that violates Vietnamese law

Technical counter-arguments, even if harsh, are not on the above list. Pointing out a mistake in an article is a contribution, not an attack.

What we store

When you submit a comment, the system stores: display name, content, IP address, and browser identifier string. IP and browser are only used to combat spam and abuse, not for advertising, and are deleted after 90 days.

Your email is NOT stored in a readable form — the system only keeps a one-way hash string, sufficient to retrieve your comment when you request deletion, and not enough to restore the email address. Email never appears on the public page.

Request deletion

Send an email to info@vhitek.vn along with the email address you used when commenting. We will delete the comment and all associated data within 30 days.
